Terms of Service

1. The service

Verentics provides church software tools including WorldWideWorship (AI-powered worship slide generation) and MultiVerse (multilingual Bible presenter). The service is operated by George Kelada, based in the Netherlands.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not create accounts for other people without their consent.
• One person or organisation per account unless otherwise agreed.

3. Credits and payments

• Some features require credits. Credits are deducted when you use those features.
• New accounts receive a number of free credits on signup.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-refundable once used.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Verentics to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service
• Abuse the AI translation feature for bulk commercial translation unrelated to church worship
• Create multiple accounts to obtain free credits dishonestly
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the lyrics and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Verentics a limited licence to store and process it in order to provide the service (e.g. translation, slide generation, library storage).

Content you share to the Global Library is visible to all Verentics users. You can delete it at any time.

6. Bible translations

The Bible translations used in MultiVerse (Van Dyke Arabic, HSV Dutch, ESV English) are used under the terms of their respective licences for non-commercial church use. The English Standard Version (ESV) is used under licence from Crossway.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Verentics running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not delete your account or data without giving you the opportunity to export it first.

8. Limitation of liability

Verentics is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused paid credits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
